Oracle has hundreds of Vice Presidents. In fact they have Vice Presidents reporting to Vice Presidents. Capellas is not a well known Oracle executive..Oracle's Energy business is minor part of their Applications business which is about a Billion dollar in Size.

given that HP's new CEO, Carly Fiorini ran a 20 billion dollar business at Lucent she has much higher credibility than Capellas.Im not trying to bash him and he may well be an excellent CEO but if Compaq was looking for a high profile CEO that had credibility with Wall St, and key customers they didnt accomplish this so they would have to get a C as an overall grade on recruiting a CEO.
