SEC taketh and SEC giveth back, do not forget "He also emphasized that the normal business operations of Digitcom continue and are not affected by these events, and that he has faith that the company will succeed in meeting its stated objectives." ## I would cut my hand off before writing anything that could be construed, in the slightest way, as if what happened to us was just a little bump in the road. If I -as DGIV, doing the same role playing as you did- would write a NR, I would thank the SEC for helping us in being more investor focused and also for helping us in this transition from a semi public Co. (non-reporting) into a public Co. Period Hope this helps.... I don't question your loyalty to yourself, I do wonder to which personality though :-)
