Since T offers Internet billing and payment for the Universal Card, I suspect your wish may not be to far off. I certainly enjoy (well, as much as possible) paying my credit card bill each month with just a click.

Mark,

and let us allow you to pay that bill automatically online.

I have AT&T One Rate Online and my bill is charged to my credit card every month. I also get an email once a month about my on line bill.

Check here for more info:

Good luck,

I agree with you for the most part.

One bill showing all telecommunication costs will be the goal of all companies in contention.

The bill to the customer and the online payment is one of the most important contacts a company has with a customer. Simplicity of pricing will also be crucial.

Customers are smart. Right now the pricing on long distance is so consfusing and misleading all companies look the same.

In the future. Value plus simplicity will drive customer choice.
