One thing is shorts can still cover once a stock is halted or delisted.

Shorts have always believed that this is a .25 stock.
Good call so far.
My guess would be that if there are any shorts left out there who didn't cover yet, most certainly that crowd is not in a hurry to do so, as no substantial development is taking place at this time.
I'd be willing to speculate that as long as this puppy ( actually by now it is a grown up dog ) will continue to be connected to a life- support- system, shorts will not cover until of course the trend swings ( reverse ) in the opposite direction based on
new developments ( as well as progress ) and will be able to sustain it's upward movement. Shorts are known to short too early and cover too late. Hey, they have dreams too. Hope this helps.
