CK, We've looked at this before... It's easier to just move to another supplier than to explain why you don't like your current one. You want to keep customers? You've got to think about what they really want, know them better than they know themselves, and DON'T do anything which you know is going to turn them off... Personally, I'd happily pay real money for a full-service financial site which didn't clutter the screens with unnecessary and slow to download graphics. In fact, I often surf SI and other such sites with "graphics off" on my browser. Who needs this garbage? mg
