DIMD: Ouch. . . on earnings. . . Considering the recent move up, it has held remarkably well. . . which says much for the confidence in the RioPort and the future of Diamond. They spent LOTS more on their R and D of RioPort than I would have ever thought possible. . . hard to imagine, when they already had the original RIO and only needed software changes. But with Universal Music Group embracing the fully copyright compliant RioPort. . .this will most likely be the only such device for downloading artists like Garth Brooks, Alanis Morisette or Jewel from the internet. Currently you can only download "unknown" artists or a few samples from well known ones. . . .unless you wish to break the law and download from a college site. . . .music that has not been broadcast, rented or otherwise paid for. . .cannot be shared publicly. Just hope the rest of the world takes these things into consideration. Rande Is
