MD, this is important because this is the day SPX broke support, with confirming volume, making this a false breakout to new highs, much like the July 98 breakout or the January 99 breakout.

Since my elliot work suggest that this is a fifth wave from the 98 lows the correction will be more like the former, than the latter.
