Technically, you can have a cycle high at a lower
price than an earlier momentum high... this would
indicate remarkable weakness as the cycle tops and
turns downward towards the trading cycle trough...
although I wonder if that's what Favors really
meant, I doubt it or he would have made this very
important distinction about a lower priced cycle
high..... if a price high was made prior to the
lower priced cycle high, the earlier high would be
considered the momentum high then followed by a
lower priced cycle high... this is a negative
indicator for the coming cycle..... just my two
cents.....

Benkea, Favors has caught the recent correction, it's end and the ensuing rally,as well as the current current correction almost to the day. i was amazed at the accuracy of those calls. i don't know much of his past record, except that he called last year's july top as well to the day. so i wouldn't dismiss what he says. otoh, i have noticed that Prechter made some excellent calls on various Asian markets this year and he sees a BK for the U.S. market just around the corner. he sees dow 13,000 as the absolute maximum to be achieved if the bull can get it's act together one more time, which according to him is unlikely. note that i am not necessarily endorsing the views of these gentlemen, merely presenting them for inspection.

regards,
