Actually, they lost money on operations. If one were to be benovolent, one could add income from JV and that would make it slightly profitable.

Here is what bothers me: The management is clearly showing poor judgement by muddying up the numbers and trying to hide behind one time profits.

I did not think anyone could lose money in SRAM business this Q, I was clearly mistaken. The book value will ensure the stockholder will not lose much money tomorrow but that is about all that I can think of that is positive.

What I would like to understand is how they plan to improve on operations going forward. May be listening to the conf call will give some idea. If anyone has the number, please feel free to post it to the thread.
