I will gladly share what I have on VALH. Hope I can live up to your DD standards!!! I regret that I will have to do it later, however. Babysitting my boy tonight, off to continuing legal education in KC tomorrow and fixing the floor of my master bath (which I have rented the house out to a friend since I had to move away) in Springfield. Whew! What a mess. Will try to get on it Sunday. Sorry for the wait. In the meantime.....lots of good stuff through out the VALH thread. Yahoo has the PR's. www.sec.gov's Edgar site has the SEC reports with all the goodies in them. Float is approx. 90-100 Million and O/S is only slightly above as I recall. Have not been able to get a handle on the exact figures since late June. As I understand it the company has all these shares to use in acquisitions and does not intend to undertake any R/S action. This has been discussed on the thread in the past month or so. I apologize but I am a bit rusty on this info. This started real cheap not long ago. I got in at .075 and do not hold alot as I am too poor! :( This is a holding company that is getting hot now b/c they got into lumber which is generating GREAT profits. They are aggressive in this area. They also are into restaurants in the Florida area, Cami's? FM...heard of their line??? What do you think..or what does your gut think?? LOL :) They also have an optical store line but not sure it is in operation right now. I believe the web site is valueholdings.com Next earnings report due out in Sept. and we are expecting GREAT news and a REAL run up then. In Over My Head knows alot about this company and you can find him on the VALH thread. Joe Copia is bullish on this stock and has a good handle on it also. Both are very willing to share if asked.
