The stock just got recognition from Street.Com a month ago due to the UMC deal and has shot up nearly 300 % from there. The Reddys performed wisely in their money allocations and that is what managing is all about. Book value is a accounting issue and Wall Street's perception can sometimes make a company trade way over book value or way under. ALSC will eventually trade above book value as they move deeper into the upward semi cycle as long as they manage money well and not make stupid investments! What good is book value to AMZN!
