Jeng-- his presentation/confidence/background is strong! Very disapponted he seems ready to stop when the magic 17K from the Dig thing is accomplished... more needed. he CAN think on his feet...

Jeng Chiu. Re: Positives. 7. Rosen et al have seen him in action. This is not an issue of a cool resume of a good interviewee. This guy has performed. 8. Has worked at cpq for a while. He is a known quantity to the management team. If he did not gel with the key guys he would not be picked by Rosen et al. A big factor. 9. No risk of the AT&T thing--1st choice is a limpy. That will be important to turn this co around. 10. He has met the customers and can reassure them of a steady hand on the tiller. This is key. 11. Not only has he come from a tech background but has experience with global sales forces and supply chain management. This will be key with the channel. Nobody knows WS take, but we have come up with 11 positives between us. Good enough for me. HL
