As a former CPQ employee, I think that MC is a good call. I have not worked with him directly, but peers of mine in my former job at CPQ did. He is known to be a "no bullshit" kind of person with a very dynamic personality. I think that he is a natural leader and has already taken control over CPQ. I saw it 3 months ago. In due time, he will whip things into place. In fact, I would bet that many of the decisions that BR has made since EP left were based on MC's input.
