As well they should. It is a dolphin but not a porpoise like flipper. It is a large game fish that lives in warm salt waters and is also called a dorado or coryphene. It grows as large as 75 to 100 pounds, has a v shaped tail and is so fast that it will sometimes chase and catch flying fish. It usually blue and silver gray and sometimes changes to many colors when removed from the sea. There is an old Van Heflin movie entitled " The Green Dolphin" which, as I recall shows the fish so, dolphin on the menu is not a kin of flipper. Eat hearty, it is delicious. TD
