As ugly as it gets. We know they will
burn up the rest of their cash this year--
Ariad is a cash burning machine--26M loss
last year for instance.

Being in the stock is essentially a game
of chicken...and that is what makes it such
a bargain for the very risk tolerant nutcase
like myself. I like finding stocks where the
mood is low--the toxic, the Gilman departure,
all time low for the stock--you cant beat
that for shaking out all the weak hands.

Now all Ariad has to do is ANYTHING. Imagine
they secure a couple of big ARGENT deals, or maybe
a couple of hot papers surface, or maybe the August
shareholder letter (assuming they do one this
year) has some goodies in it. It's all up to them!

As for me, heh, what do I have to lose? Well, I could
lose what I've made this year trading...no big deal--
I'll just try again next year bottomfishing with
something else. I have a mental stop loss on my
account...Ariad would have to take quite a hit to
shake me out.

The last monkey in the tree;-)
