Bill,

Yeah, the short interest was building for a while.

I made the wrong call on it. Message 10526079 I really expected the FDA to approve, and that we'd get a pop before it's ultimate demise.

Too bad. It'll be well into the single digits when it opens.

As ever, the reports of our demise are greatly exaggerated. SNRS goes sub $5 for a few minutes tommorow......

Oww!

SNRS was a pick by a technical trader, Doug, quite a time ago. It did well, for me it was worth the trade. But it was only 2 days ago when I saw the nasty action and decided to leave the position aftermarket. Also it was briefly mentioned on Anthony's thread when it hit $20.

Check out all the posts on the Yahoo thread predicting doom for the shorts.

Doomsday for the longs?

Bill, your favorite maker of compressed salad burgers reported Q2 early this morning:

biz.yahoo.com

Quarterly sales down 14% year on year

Gross margin 41% vs. 48%

Net loss $10.5 mil vs. $6.2 mil

Cash and equivalents of $4.9 mil, about half the quarterly loss

Shareholders equity of ($5.1 mil), vs. $10.9 at 12/31/98

Convertibles all over the place

Readjusting sales outlook for 1999 and 2000, setting sales expectations lower.

Guess the shorts are worried!
