D-day in Japan....that could be the 'unexpected' event the bears have been waiting for. let me state that the world after the BK scares me as well. i'd prefer a garden variety 30-40% correction from which we recover as usual.

Robert, this market usually makes a fool of investors like you claiming a market disaster is about to happen. You clearly aren't listening. If the market dropped 500 points tomorrow on the DOW it would not only be a buying opportunity but would only place us back to the point where Greenie raised rates.

You just don't get it man, this market has made fertilizer of nearly all the bears starting when they proclaimed the DOW was way overvalued at 6,000.

I make money and I take profits. And the bears stand around holding worthless puts. Or worst yet, they claim the end is near and won't even place a market bet to reflect their opinion. I only see journalistic bears on this thread. Very few here are willing to bet their opinion like Michael Burke.

Robert, thanks for the reminder, I sold 2/3 r's of my NTT and blew out 1500 MBK partly because of the CSFB case but more so due to a concern about a meaningful decline occurring in Q3. I see a bad week or two for global equities in the coming 2 weeks.
