All cities are better than preregulation without some of the insane extremes used in California. I have lived there so am not guessing.

I thought you were probably among the tech group because you raced to echo Michelle's views and, I thought all her friends were techs. If not, I apologize for jumping to a conclusion. If you are not a friend, I applaud you. TD
