News release: Running Foxes appoints Michael Meyers president; resignations Running Foxes Petroleum Corp RFC Shares issued 2,797,866 Sep 24 close $0.07 Fri 1 Oct 99 News Release Mr. Christopher Loosley reports The company has accepted Donald Nicholson's and Wayne Hansen's resignations as directors. The company is pleased to report that it has appointed Michael Meyers, adv. dipl. tech, BA (Admin), LLB, to the board of directors, as well as appointing him president of the company. Meyers practises corporate and securities law in Vancouver, and has a wide variety of business experience and expertise to bring to the board of directors. Steven Schurman has resigned as president, and the company would like to thank him for his contributions in that office. Mr. Schurman has agreed to continue as a director of the company.
