I don't know councilor, seems you are involved since you have posted many times on this thread. Francois seems to have taken your post and used it to hype the stock. BTW. Truthseeker wanted to let you know that he has saved all of your private messages that you have ever had with him. He said the ones about Softlink Inc and ZSUN were the best. were the really good ones. Your best one was about the BB stocks that were the best to trade were the real dirty ones, the dirtier the better. He even read a few to me. As you know it has been one of the stocks he has done research on and that Francois has hyped. Since you talk to Francois in the Caymans so much did you helped him with the recent posts per his request. If that refers to, say, a Nevada corporation "reincorporating" in Delaware -- generally accomplished by means of a "reverse triangular merger" -- it would result in a completely new legal entity. New CUSIP number, new stock certificates, the whole works. Holders of the Nevada corporation's certificates would have a certain period of time in which to submit their certificates for cancellation and to receive the new ones. The effect would be the same as the legendary Riley G-style "Call In Your Certs!" campaign, with one difference: it might actually work. Conclusion: First ZSUN gets on AMEX where "Naked Shorting" is NOT ALLOWED, then does the process above described and the current "naked short" position collapses...
