Here it is: I hereby Certify that the person known to me as Eric Fader... has the same investing mentality as I have, that of an ever optimistic LONG and that if he says a stock is a P&D, he should know what he is talking about. Like me again, Eric is loath to short stocks and destroy investors dreams and hopes and would rather become extremely rich than be associated with Aurible Goldfinger... HUGE DAY for ZSUN+13% against a FOUL TIDE and the SSB's Today, ZSUN broke out of its ENFORCED Trading Range of $10.00 to close at $11.31... At the $12.00 level, the Short Selling Bashers (SSB's for short) will REALLY be running for the EXITS and covering their Shorts in a big way! This in turn should exacerbate the upward run of the stock. Yet they have no clues about the "momentous NEWS" about to be released soon and neither have I. Let's see what could possibly be brewing? + Way above expectations first 6 months earning report due end of July??... + 10SB Form filing due end of July??... + Analysts coverage sometime after filing the 10SB??... + Application for AMEX or NASDAQ filing, AMEX being preferred since "naked short" selling is not allowed there??.... + Another profitable acquisition before year's end??... Could be any of those reasons or a combination of them. Whatever it is, the news seem to have transpired, as evidenced by the Big Move in price and volume in a Horrid Market.... Regards, F. ZSUN Chart looks excellent! However other factors will be at play here... Fahnestock has been swept aside today from its position on the "offer", where it effectively held the stock down by diluting the Float through the issue of countless "naked shorts" shares. FAHN is now in VERY SERIOUS PAIN, as it's probably LOSING MILLIONS, since the large Shareholders have REFUSED to help them cover by selling large blocks at just about any price. IMHO, FAHNESTOCK is SCREWED in a big way. It'll try to establish another CONTROLLED trading range below $12.00 tomorrow, but with the powerful NEWS forthcoming, I don't think they'll be able to hold it very long. Once the stock goes over $12.00, there will be a free for all covering that could well send the stock to $20.00+, particularly if the Market is favorable... Regards, F. Goelo + + +
