No kidding. Well, even I have to admit, after ranting and raving for this company for the last 3 years, I am finally feeling signs of defeat. I mean, sure the BD report was better than anyone expected but, look at the stock, man one stinking penny?? But I'm not bitter at the SEC at all.

Hell, they halted a company for reporting what their geologist told them, they then threw then onto to the pink sheets for no reason other being behind on their filings. Glad the SEC found the one BB company that was late, almost had an epidemic on their hands there. Now after charges are dropped against everyone other than the president, they still won't let them on the BB.

They sit there and ask stupid, moronic questions. "we want hard copies of all your web pages." SEE the Print icon on your browser? PRESS IT MORON!!

So now I guess their only beef is with TT who refuses to settle with them. You know what TT? *uckem, don't settle, you diden't do anything wrong. At least if you don't settle, you have grounds to sue them. Oh, what was that? Sue the SEC? Damn straight. Mabey we can't win, but I'll tell you this. If the company took them on, and we the shareholder joined in, I do think we would be back on the front page of every major financial paper in the western world, where we were supposed to be over a year ago.

How do you like them apples?

I can just see the release headline :GE announces the filing of charges against the SEC for illegal manupilation of stock and conspiracy.

Sorry guys, just had to blow off some steam.
