I believe that we are just trying to keep the folks informed. I feel the same as you do. Many companies, here and abroad, are looking for "CLEAN SHELLS". IMHO, it's just a matter of time! Opinion only, of course.

Many thanks for your reply. I am LONG on AMDI and I am staying LONG. However, it is necessary to remind myself of that fact, on occasion.

What makes AMDI a good takeover candidate and at what price?
The company has little in the way of cash or assets. Each year their expenses exceed their interest income which is their only source of income. It seems to me that they were a better takeover candidate in prior years than they are now. What would a shell like this be worth to another company?

It looks like this is CLEAN, not pumping itself, no debt, no alliances YET but in the market. Did a little over underestimating itself - see how many shraes are held by insiders and they are not giving them up; there are 65 1/2 million shares issued and about half are held inside. For whatever that is worth. Alive but not kicking, just breathing.

This post is NOT intended to lure unwitting nor undecided investors; reference post only. Jacalyn
