In Q299, they did $314.4mm in revenues and had 10.7mm customers for revenue per customer of $29. Given that they have a lot more tabs on their homepage, it is somewhat surprising to see that $29 so much lower than the $35 they did in Q1.

Is that really surprising? I don't know... maybe Glenn can help. Here we said there was no way amzn could increase revs over Xmas qtr and they did quite handily. I do know from my software days that tax season does usher in a lot of expensive business book-buying. Plus the weather is still cold, that probably has an effect. So, could this latest decline simply be the seasonal slowdown we were expecting last qtr....? Or is it really negative
