Notice the dates of the sales themselves are not JUNE 18, just the recording with the SEC and subsequent news release thru COMEX(?) news service and picked up by some wire services. We on the SPAZ board estimate that about 4MM shares from 144s have been absorbed into the float since early MAY. Share price still rose from .10-12 to the .20-.30 until the run-up on Tuesday. Conclusion is that 144s caused slight undermining of momentum that was subsequently overcome by news of "revenue-generating" licensing agreements with large OEMs like HITACHI and now SAMSUNG. Objectively, the OEMs like SPAZ and see it as a selling point for their DVDs and are spending the money to produce the SPAZ-filled goods. They are on a store shelf near you complete with a SPAZ emblem in plain view on the equipment. Very tangible, SPAZ got product, OEMs love SPAZ, market for SPAZ can and has absorbed 144s into float. Closed today at .71, a 52-week high. eom.
