CyPost Corporation Expands ISP group into Greater Seattle Area
DOVER, Del., July 26 /PRNewswire/ -- CyPost Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: POST - news) a leading provider of Internet privacy and protection solutions has solidified its presence in the Seattle and Western Washington area with the signing of a letter of intent to purchase Internet service provider (ISP) Connect Northwest. The cash value of the acquisition is 1.4 million dollars.

CyPost's recently signed letters of intent with Internet Arena of Portland, Oregon and NetRover of Toronto together with the purchase of Hermes Net Solutions and Intouch.Internet, brings the total number of users to over 20,000.

''The technical team is at the forefront of network security and customer service. Connect Northwest www.cnw.com is an Internet service provider offering personal and commercial Internet services. The company was founded in 1994 and has expanded to include dedicated and dial-up access, ADSL service, Web site hosting, co-location services, and on-site network evaluations. Connect Northwest serves customers from local SoHo (Small Office/Home Office) clients to some of the Northwest's largest companies.

Connect Northwest maintains its own Network Operations Center in Seattle's Westin Building -- the ''Internet connecting point'' for Puget Sound region, providing it with unmatched access to telecommunications resources of the Pacific Northwest, including over 50 telephone companies, several other regional ISPs, and every major Internet backbone provider. New Commerce Communications (NCC) represented Connect Northwest in the transaction. NCC provides merger, acquisition and financial services to ISPs.
