Their last fed filing shows 43 million primary shares outstanding. Even a $3 stock price means a mkt cap of over a hundred milsky. It will be interesting to see the balance sheet from their June quarter & I would expect an 8-K to be filed as a result of the FDA meeting. My gut feel says "fair value" given their own wording in their last fed filing says fair value would be around $10-20 million million mkt cap, with the knowledge (my interpretation of their own words)that they may need to raise more money, which after today could take the form of a convert with pretty onerous terms. A $20 million mkt cap would give a price under $1 per share, but due to the big short position, I think it will take months to get anywhere near that level. (short covering, etc.) just my little opinion

Auric,

Once again, I stand in awe.....Your post July 16th was
your way of telling people to get out. What "everyone"
on this thread (including me) thought was an FDA
cakewalk turned out to be a mudslide.

Anyone who does not take you seriously is foolish,
anyone who insults you a jackass.

Any hope for "eventual" passage in your opinion, or
is SNRS dead? I would appreciate your thoughts.
