18.4.9 The company must submit the required documentation relating to the transaction or provide the Exchange with adequate information and documentation to demonstrate that the transaction is progressing within 60 days from the resumption of trading. If this documentation is not provided, or is insufficient, a trading halt will be re-imposed.
