Pardon my ignorance DD, but is it just a coincidence that for the last few weeks we got action between .07 and .12 with decent volume. Then MWH gets the newsletter on: Subj: Penny Potential! Important Update Date: 7/19/99 4:57:47 PM Eastern Daylight Time From: PPotential Which is after the bell on MONDAY and then we get insanely high volume on Tuesday. I'm not discounting momo players and possible short covering but Penny P had at least some part in this activity. TG
