I'm here. I continued to do DD into the stock. I tried to resolve the problem that a rat could not be infected with HIV. I talked for a long while with Flores and CEO Gary. I did not like the answers I was getting. I started to insist they give me people to contact in Spain, some official bodies, so that I could verify for myself. I finally got phone numbers from the CEO and Flores, got a friend of mine who speaks Spanish to call and see what we could find. After having talked to FLORES I thought it best to sell my shares and but a hold on a check they were about to cash to get me some restricted stock. I was fortunate to get out in time. We still continue to DD. I had always talked to Richard and Paul (Finance and PR persons), never to Gary (CEO). Now that I was talking to Gary I found out stuff that the others had not been up front about to me. I found out that before UPCA putting out the PR's, Gary as CEO did not do anywhere near enough DD on FLORES. I lost my temper with him. I told him how irresponsible he was to have put those PR's out based on a few phone calls from Spain, Portugal and from Flores himself. I said if someone had come to me with those claims, I would have got on the plane the next day, flown to Spain, met the AIDS patients and their families, the hospital, the doctors and nurses, the lab, etc.... I was thinking he had done this based upon my conversations with Richard and Paul. It was DD that got me to buy this stock and DD that got me out of it,.... I did make a profit on my free trading shares by I feel very bad about how it was made. I will continue to follow this and will offer to speak to the SEC, especially if they confirm it was a SCAM. For I feel Gary didn't do his DD so as to claim ignorance, but at the same time could use the claims as a way to raise capital for the car side. If that is the case I would like to do all in my power to insure that he is punished for his delinquent and extremely irresponsible behavior. Pat
