Heinz, i believe what Bill Gates, said in his book years ago, "The Road Ahead" is clearly on the horizon, friction free capitalism.

however friction free capitalism to me means that while the masses will enjoy the flow of products and competitive prices, individual companies will be under ever tightening scrutiny to provide lower prices and more service, and it will be increasingly tougher to differentiate products and services, a tower of babel if you will.

The internets implication on deflation makes Henry Ford's assembly line look like a piker.

I believe the Fed might be living on short term financial memory and fighting a ghost, or it could be trying to fight the inflationery asset bubble and political correctness has castrated it's effectiveness.

heinz blansnik: **OT** Well you are about as good using English as anyone I know...and as often as you post, you must spend a lot of time thinking in English. So, what language do you think in now, English or Austrian (German)??? <ggg>

Just curious....
