The company's new CFO stated the company hoped to achieve
breakeven in the third quarter. Any posts predicting large
third quarter profits would seem to run counter to the
company guidance given during the conference call.

Your original.02 may be good, just the wrong quarter. I am most interested in what heavyweight Goldman Sachs has to say now. Interestingly, (although I hate this word) UTEK has given no technical signal (positive or negative) for the past month and some. A short term breakout should occur soon and I expect it will be positive to the 16-17 area.
