Jack, I remember many posts ago someone had tried to point out to you that your comments about getting SEC action on Jensen was going to be futile and I thought this might be of interest to you and all.

Here is a quote from the article (another Desert Dirt).

"In May, the Alberta Securities Commission slapped a 10-year trading ban on Jimmy John, Naxos' former chairman, president and chief executive, for issuing misleading news releases while at the company's helm. Mr. John resigned last year."

This is the article:

So it means we have a little leverage now to get some answers.
A ten year trading ban for Jensen and now Mike M. seems appropriate.

I have taken a "screen shot (image)" of the homepage and also have saved all the HTML code for the homepage for future reference, regarding the misleading brochure that is clickable as we speak.
One way or another this Internet Image of my favorite company is going to change.

It's too bad but you know the 'ol adage, "locks keep honest people honest"
Jensen's hands need to be tied to the "process" anyway, this could keep him from being able to trade anymore stolen shares, no?
Apparently all one has to do is contact their broker to start this ball rolling? Or is it our Market Makers who bought 2,000,000 shares at .20 cents that will demand action if this goes to .08 cents.?

Let me know what you think,
Thor
