MAX/Janice, I found UPCA of my own accord (no one has made any accusations against me ) the reason I took notice is because a stock pick news letter (which I will be more than happy to send to anyone who PM's me an e-mail address) mentioned it and it was shoved into a "watch" portfolio on yahoo. when I saw the news release, I brought this to the attention of some people with the atitude "is this for real?" one of these people was MR. Metals. and I asked him what he thought. generally both of us seemed to take a "wait and see" position. Things appeared to calm down and that was that...the stock price stayed at the 1.00 or less range for about a week or so after the news release so I figured no one was buying this. Then of course the second news release was noticed....I really think that people more so "jumped on the band wagon" as this was a self "hyped" stock based on the news releases we all read for ourselves....if anyone is to be blamed for pumping....UPCA did it....and a fine job they did too.
