Ga Bard, Actually, I was just trying to document the source because it didn't have the look and feel of a real BW story. The byline date was July 2nd, but it never appeared anywhere that I could find until last night on RB. Now I'm not saying that the RB poster knowingly did anything wrong either. S/he may also have been the recipient of information that was mistakenly taken at face value. I'm glad you got with BW. It will be interesting to see what, if any actions they may wish to take. For what it's worth, you're not the only one to post that story. So did a number of other SIer's, and their source would appear to be the first posting over on RB. However, maybe others got e-mail too. Or maybe the person who e-mailed you was just copying the RB post. I don't really know for sure. I did know from the times on the SI posts (all of them) that none of you were the originators. Looking at the time on the e-mail that you received, it's likely that he also saw the post on Raging Bull and just copied it to you. The RB post was made late last night; your e-mail was sent this morning. If anyone really cares, I'll let them sort it all out. Again, thanks for you help. KJC PS - As you probably know, Janice/Jeff/Bill are being sued by BW for something much less than this. So that's the real basis of my interest.
