For those not familiar with Jim Seymour and TheStreet.com. . . I'm a subscriber (and huge fan!) of the TheStreet.com and I'm also a long term reader of Jim Seymour, so I thought I'd chip in what I know/feel about the impending EFIG coverage over there: First of all, I have the highest regard for TheStreet. It's the best financial content site hands down, especially in regards to the commentary and opinion pieces. These people tell it like they see it and most have great expertise in their fields, whether that's macro economics, hedge fund trading, specific sectors of the market, etc. They do NOT spew BS about penny stock pump and dumps, and I basically almost never see news or commentary on any company in the penny stock world. The fact that EDIG is even being mentioned in the same article as MP3, Liquid Audio, and the other 'big boys' is incredibly exciting! Jim Seymour is, IMO, one of the best commentators and analysts around when it comes to the intersecting worlds of Tech and Stock Market. He's extremely tech-savvy, writes a regular column for PC Magazine, runs a tech consulting business, and just basically stays impressively on top of the Tech world and it's trends. He's also got a great feel for the stock market and how that strange little world works. All well and good, but the important thing here is that, again IMO, he's able to synthesize his knowledge and 'feel' for both tech and stock market to really clarify what's important and what's not, what's going to be hot and what's ham-strung, etc. . . . Just a little background to emphasize that I think tomorrow's article should be very interesting reading and may be very influential for EDIG. I'm a relative newbie to EDIG, though I 'played it' briefly back in the .20 range. It's now feeling more and more like an IOMEGA back in it's penny days to me, a BB stock with the potential to really make it big, and I'll be anxiously awaiting tomorrow's article and further news releases from EDIG! -Fritz P.S. Anyone wanting to read Seymour's commentary on TheStreet can sign up for a free trial membership, and I consider the subscription to be one of the best investments a person can make!
