QWST a good one this cheap, but USW which they just took over is a way to get QWST at a slight discount. Either one will do the trick IMHO.

So everyone's getting bullish for bargains, huh? Hmm, have all that margin power. Tempting for short term rebound possibilities. Guess we'll have to see what kinds of bargains present themselves in the morning.

Wes .. Market

From recent ipo's I like INIT under 20
and MPPP as tomorrow is ipo+3 ........

For a bounce/position plays
LU/ITWO/QWST all look interesting
especially on gap down openings

Take this next bit with a 'box' of salt ..
I thought the market was ridiculously
overpriced when we exceeded 3600 on the dow
and now what 11,100 or so ??? So I ran a
rank by market cap screen tonight just for
fun .. a few interesting stats ..

31 domestic companies > 100 Billion mcap each
337 domestic companies > 10 Billion mcap each

MSFT @ 94 = 483B
GE @ 117 = 382B
IBM @ 129 = 234B
INTC @ 65 = 217B
CSCO @ 63 = 203B
WMT @ 45 = 202B
XON @ 78 = 189B
LU @ 70 = 187B
T @ 56 = 177B
WCOM @ 89 = 165B
===================
TopTen = 2439B

This value of 2.439 trillion dollars
would be the 2nd largest economy on the
planet ..

Just some reasons I find it difficult to
be an 'investor' at these levels .. don't
want to be holding the bag when the music
stops .. as one day it surely will ..

Jim in CT ..
