No difference. Now are YOU saying that Xoma's price wasn't helped recently by the additional spin of CBIC and Sutro? BTW I never said earnings projections constituted a business plan. Also, I haven't found anyone yet that knew what Iomega's business plan was BUT it was easy enough to spot the spin when it was flying.
