Catcher,re:"Lying". MSFT should be sued by whoever didn't buy
the stock. We see it all the time when Stock got hit, Class-action
lawsuit follows. In MSFT's case, the investor got hit by missing
the opportunity again and again. Something is wrong here, I need
10mil compensation from Softie, any lawyer here!! 70/30 split(I take
30).

MSFT always talkes down the stock. You need to remember that the salaries of employees are actually very low. The stock option program is the true method of compensation. The system has been going on for a long time. The regular media has even taken note. See Forbes this week :

"companies are becoming better at handling the market's expectations. Negative earnings surprises can be deadly for the stock price. The trick is to keep expectations just below what the company can realistically achieve. Once again, Microsoft is a good example of a company that has mastered this skill. Every quarter, Microsoft beats expectations. And just as predictably, the company says it's facing a much tougher quarter ahead. And so on."
