speaking of Windall .....

Many moons ago, QC had one of those miserable quarters because the Korean Won took a nose dive, resulting in currency loses for royalties from Korea.

The tide has turned and it is the US$ what is taking a dive against the yen (as well as other currencies). With the growth of CDMA in Japan, is QC going to benefit from the stronger yen this quarter?

I still think it was just the investment bankers (and QCOM management) seeing the demand was there -- and deciding : let's get the windfall for Qualcomm.
