(.41 X .43) guess this one is still a thorn in my side

Ginny: That reminds me of a line by Clint Eastwood at the end of the movie The Outlaw Josey Wales He said, "I guess we all died a little in that damn war".

Hopefully everyone who invested in CSMA will (or already did) find a way to recoup their losses. Who knows, maybe a "10-bag city" stock is in all of our near futures.

Sincerely,

Ron

Hell, it is fact that CSMA had lawsuits against them (ones that they did not reveal to us)

What lawsuits???

....and from what I am hearing, there is more coming, and that Elrod has the State of Utah after him, along with other things

More lawsuits coming? By WHO? Surely if you KNOW there are more lawsuits coming you can tell us who is filing them.

Who is telling you that the State of Utah is after Elrod? What is their source?

What other things are you referring to?

The fact is that any lawsuits against CSMA (if they existed) would transpire to VLVT and the spinoffs.

David

CSMA: FRUSTRATION VENTING SESSION

Yes, many of us here have some memories of the "bad old days".

Does anyone else care to vent or share any thoughts about their CSMA experience.

The highest I (foolishly?) bought into CSMA was mid-November, 1997 at $2.50/share (ouch). The lowest I (unwittingly?) bought was September of '98 at .21/share before the spinoff news.

I've always attempted to inject an optimistic attitude in my (CSMA-VLVT) posts. I'm still expecting the worst, but hoping for the best.

Yes, it has been a painful learning experience for all of us longs.

Best wishes to all of you survivors.

Sincerely,

Ron
