(3) COMPANY'S PRICE FORECAST: $15 -$30 in 3 months period and added that some argued it may reach $60. (4) MNGT MENTALITY: In line with the concept of CMGI and continue to acquire more companies. (5) ACQUISITION OF NEW COMPANY: I don't remember that one that said to be acquired in 2 -3 weeks. (6) PRESS RELEASES: They will come out in an average of 1 PR per week as the ZSUN to coup with the updates on series of new developments. (7) SWIFTRADE: This wholly owned on-line trading network is presently trading overseas; it will start trading in U.S. in four weeks with a good chance to start by the end of this month. (8) ABOUT EARNINGS: Company is proud with their performance as compare to other newer internet companies who did not show any positive earnings at all. ************* The above was related to me Friday afternoon. I am yet to buy shares this Monday. I hope I can get in at $11/share and better if at 10.50/share.
