. In my opinion, the dearth of news or information on what is happening with this company, has created an unhealthy swirl of speculation and anticipation

Or, worse, fear and trepidation, causing the recent weakening in the stock price again.

This is a good time to rebut posts you see (not so much here as on other threads) that make assumptions companies' primary interest is in strengthening the stock price. Not! Shareholder value is - or should be - of prime concern, but companies should have much less interest in helping run up their stock price than in building a strong, healthy company (in other words, strategy and execution of that strategy)...in which case the stock price will strengthen. But I see all the time posters who will urge the company to "run the stock up" by doing X, which is ludicrous.

So, do I want NSI to tell us what's happening via an NR? Absolutely! They *should* communicate with their shareholders. Do I hope they've got one or more major NR's in their pocket ready for release? You bet! Do I want them to push out a flurry of fluff in an effort simply to boost the stock price? That would worry me greatly, and I don't think NSI is that kind of company.

FWIW,

Hi Crazy Canuk

The person I talked to yesterday said he would be back Aug. 1 but they may have been mistaken. But I sure do look forward to him getting back and seeing what he can do.

Regards
Eric
