mel, she was a "liberal patsy" only because we couldn't get any better. Everyone prefers Achilles, for example, who is smart and can hold his own in an argument. Why should we "appreciate" someone who makes up things, rants against or ignores evidence that is clearly against her, is prone to outrageously offensive comments, and rarely says anything thoughtful? We'll do fine, thanks for the concern...
