PS For anyone who has a less understanding of the Chinese frame of mentality, here is a saying,"One would rather be a jade broken to pieces than a brick remaining intact". Go figure what the Chinese would feel if the separation of Taiwan or whose independence is achieved through via any outside forces, ie, via the US (the only country that can contend with China today) and what they would do accordingly.
