JLA -- could you direct me to the morning papers indicating autopsy findings. Don't see reports in Times, Post, AP wire or even Drudge Report -- then again, I have been known to stare straight at something and not see it :-(

Not surprised that bodies may have been found in battered bits or that final cause of death was as you stated.

Was more interested in whether pilot's remains were tested for presence of alcohol or drugs.

To those who've remarked that death is a steep (perhaps unfair?) price to pay for a mistake or bad judgement -- any pilot who doesn't fully understand the consequences of bad judgement has NO business flying.

If Letterman ever decides to publish "Top Ten Reasons Why Pilots and Their Passengers End Up Dead".....
