I would go further than just be leery with Q using its cash (or stock) to purchase COMS' Palm Division. It reminds me of Comapq's buying DEC. It may not have been the source of Compaq's fall, but it was at the very least a distraction from much more important issues. Q has the rights to use the Palm and that's all they need. IMO Q's management needs to focus on higher return areas: staying ahead on the technology, improving phone margins, building powerful alliances, etc.
