I agree the idolization and "royal family" attitude toward the Kennedy's (or anyone else) is silly. Thought you'd gone a little beyond saying JFK Jr. was an ordinary person. To me you sounded angry and resentful at him for his unearned fame and fortune. That attitude would be just as silly IMO.

And if the barefoot peasants who live over the hill from where I'm
sitting now discovered that I had, while tossing my monitor up in the
air and trying to catch it, fallen with the monitor down my throat and
expired, I don't doubt that they would laugh their asses off.


Well sure that would be a ridiculous way to go. But if instead you had a wreck in a SUV they'd probably just feel sympathy for your family's loss. I think. Could be wrong.
