Additional thoughts: I am NOT reading same-old same-old comments from WS WS is challenging Capellas and CPQ on the tough issues ... this is good Capellas WILL (he better !!) address WS/FMs (and our) concerns about CPQ's problems and solutions THIS is an opportunity: (1) Capellas will take the bull by the horns ... (2) an outsider with a 'name' would probably have had a better initial response from WS, but a 'quick' solve would have been expected and the 'learning/get-to-know/digest' period would have been pressured. Again, IF (?) Capellas with his CFO and IT background can show WS/FMs that he/CPQ can moved forward towards a positive resolution ... WE are big-time WINNERS ! Michael
