China Internet Rate Cut Hints Top Newsbytes Asia Week In Review Business Editors TOKYO, Japan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 1999--Comments by a government official that further rate reductions may be in store for Chinese Internet users top this week's Newsbytes Asia Week In Review.
